"Grill Restaurants of Buenos Aires" by Pietro Sorba.

Two brothers Carolina and Facundo, relieved in 2008 the lame business of two friends who opened this restaurant one year before. With some modifications they create a cozy and nice place which responds to the classic Argentinean culture standards, that in many cases applies to grill restaurants. Tango music and some Pavarotti area generate the appropriate atmosphere.

The local is small, maybe there are more room in the tables at the street than inside. The visible grill, the blackboard with the specialties of the day and the old pictures in the wall are the main attractions of the deco. The welcome is warm and friendly. Everybody has a very gentle attitude. It‘s something you notice immediately and it‘s confirmed by the appetizers that the house offers while the customer waits for his order. Not bad the eggplant cream and the little turnover. Absolutely recommended the provolone brochette, the strong cheese of intense taste but not invading at all.

Carolina emphasizes that the Rib eye Steak as the Sausage Beef, are presented and cut with spoon at the customer‘s eyes to prove the tenderness and the quality of the meet they serve. No missing the classic cuts with the barbecue at the top and a very good mix of meet. To finish the meal, the Syrup little Pumpkins are ideal to end of enjoying thoroughly a very good place manages by a family who understand gastronomy. In a traditional “palermitanean” corner opened his doors, The Bonpland, a gourmet place very familiar with a scent of the old restaurants of Buenos Aires.
